An admin starts a trial with a work email. Everyone else joins with a magic link to that same domain. An OIDC hook is ready for SSO later.
02
Laptops, monitors, chairs, a lot of eight conference chairs. Set a reserve, an increment, and who is allowed to bid.
03
Winners get pickup instructions. Finance downloads a CSV with the sale price and fair market value for fringe-benefit reporting.
Managers publish an event. Employees place a maximum, not a chain of one-dollar pokes. If two people want the same laptop, the price walks up by the increment until one maximum runs out. A bid in the last few minutes buys more time, so the person in a meeting is not sniped by the person watching the clock.
A 14-day trial uses the limits of the plan you pick. Open listings and employees are counted. Closed sales stay in the export and do not use up the cap.

You enter the most you'll pay. PerkBid bids the minimum required to lead, one increment at a time, and never past your maximum. The other maximums stay hidden.
Anti-sniping. A bid in the final few minutes extends the end by that same window, and it can chain.
No. When someone pays less than fair market value, the difference can be a taxable fringe benefit. The export includes both numbers so payroll can handle it. PerkBid does not compute tax.
